    What if it doesn't look like my dog?

    Tell us what's off and we fix it, one round included. If it's still not right, full refund before we stitch.

    What photos do you need?

    Two or three phone photos in daylight, face toward the camera, added while you build your cap. For the Needlepoint, add one of the whole dog.

    When will I get it?

    Your design within 2 days of your order. Your cap ships within 7 days of your approval, or is ready for pickup in New Haven.

    Do you have reviews?

    Not yet, this is the first run. That's why nothing is stitched until you approve the design.
