Questions
Embroidery is small, so tiny details are simplified. We use your photos to make a design that brings out the features you recognize. You'll see that design before anything is stitched, and you can ask for one change. If it still isn't right, you can get a full refund before stitching.
No. The cap pictures are digital previews and can show more detail than small embroidery. See Claudette's actual stitching in the hoop and watch the process in the video above. This is our first run of caps, so there are no customer cap photos yet.
It's an option, for $10 more. We always use your dog's name for your order and your design, but it's only embroidered on the back if you tick "Also embroider it on the back". Unticked, the back stays plain.
Yes. Each emblem is made for one dog, and each cap is embroidered one at a time in New Haven, Connecticut, on a six-needle embroidery machine. The video at the top shows Claudette's being stitched.
Upload at least one clear phone photo in daylight, with the face and eyes visible. Two or three angles help. For the Needlepoint style, add a whole-dog photo if you have one.
Your design arrives within 2 days of your photos and payment. Your cap ships within 7 days of your approval, or is ready for pickup in New Haven. US shipping then takes 2 to 5 days.
Yes, if you have clear photos of the dog. You'll review the design before we stitch. Allow time for design approval, stitching, and delivery, since we can't promise arrival on a particular gift date.
Not yet, this is the first run. That's why nothing is stitched until you approve the design.
Policies
Full refund before stitching. If your design still isn't right after one round of changes, or you change your mind, we refund you in full. Nothing is stitched before your yes.
Once stitched, it's yours. Each cap is made for one dog, so it can't be returned after stitching.
Damaged or late? If your cap arrives damaged, reply to your order email and we make it right. If we're late on the dates we give you, you can cancel for a full refund.

Your cap ships within 7 days of your design approval, then takes 2 to 5 days in transit.
We use your details and your dog's photos only to make and deliver your cap. If you type your email at checkout, we keep it to help you finish your order. We count visits anonymously, without cookies.
Payment goes through the option shown at checkout; we never see your card or bank details.
